A couple of minutes a go Apple released 8.1.2 version with removing bugs. This new update Apple brings a solution for ringtones purchased through the iTunes Store may have been removed from your device. This is the main reason for release it before 8.1.2 version.
iDevices did not expect 8.1.2 version and all are thought Apple will release 8.2 version. However, Apple realized this ringtone purchased issue and released it before 8.2 version. Now it is ready for iPhone / iPad and iPod Touch Devices.
Can jailbreak iOS 8.1.2?
Yes it is can jailbreak. TaiG team confirmed regarding 8.1.2 jailbreak. So use TaiG jailbreak tool for it. TaiG team updated to 1.2.0 version with support of 8.1.2 untethered jailbreak. Still Mac users cannot use TaiG tool.
